I keep reporting certain calls like this one, who only phone to see if you are home or not. That is a form of surveillance and marketing information gathering which should be illegal.

Mark as Useful Owner of this number calls my cell phone several times a day but will not leave a message. Once when I did answer the phone they asked me to identify myself but when I asked them to identify themselves and what they wanted they hung up.

Mark as Useful They've called three times this week at around 7:00 - 7:30. Know one talks when I pick up so I've been letting the calls go to voicemail. You can here a bunch of people talking on the messages.
